Reconciliation

1. Reconciliation is the restoration of friendship and harmony. With this meditation comes a new revelation of our God, a God of tenderness and pity, slow to anger, rich in mercy; and, with this revelation, a tremendous sense of gratitude and hope.

Reconciliation is threefold:
With myself: Ezekiel 36:26-27
Romans 8:31-39

With my neighbor: Romans 12:14-21

With my God: Isaiah 32:15-20
Romans 5:1-11
Hebrews 10:19,22

End with Psalm 130 prayed slowly and meaningfully.

2. Reconciliation and Healing
Luke 15:11-32; The story of the Prodigal Father.
Keep in mind that Jesus is telling this story Himself to help us understand the Father. It gives us insight into God's infinite love for us.

Isaiah 54:6-10; With great love I will take you back

Jeremiah 31:1-9; I have loved you with an everlasting love.

Matthew 18:14; It is never the will of your Father in heaven that one of these little ones should be lost.

Luke 10:30-37; The Good Samaritan

SPIRITUAL LIBERTY
Am I free? Not just free from fears, hang?ups, etc., but free to be, to do, to go or not go, as the Lord directs.
Galatians 5:13-25
James 1:19-27
Col 2:6-8
