Remember the three preliminary steps for these contemplations:

a. The Trinity seeing the sad plight of humanity sends the Son to become man ? this mystery underlies everything in the Second Week.
b. Jesus acting in this particular mystery ? where am I in it? I am in the scene and see it unfolding and ask myself: what am I doing?
c. I ask for the grace of an intimate knowledge of Jesus Christ so that I may love Him and follow Him completely.
